Patient is 32 years old. Clinical findings include: chronic periodontitis, carious lesions, partially decalcified maxilla and mandible, atrophy in the distal maxillary segments. Impaired aesthetics, occlusion and function. Active smoker.
The treatment plan includes: extraction of all teeth, placement of 12 BasalFix immediate basal and compressive (single-unit) dental implants in the maxilla and 10 BasalFix immediate basal and compressive dental implants in the mandible, soft and hard tissue remodeling, and prosthodontics using Hera aesthetic ceramic laser. The patient chose the A1 colour.
