The clinical finding includes: Partially edentulous upper and lower jaw, the available teeth have severe chronic periodontitis, there is a large bone loss and severe atrophy in both jaws. Impaired aesthetics, occlusion, and function. Active smoker. The treatment plan includes extraction of all teeth, placement of 10 immediate basal and compression (single-part) dental implants BasalFix in the upper jaw, and 8 immediate bicortical dental implants in the lower jaw, remodeling of soft and hard tissues, and prosthetics with laser. No need for sinus lift and bone augmentation. Completely painless. Term of treatment: 6 days
