Patient aged 33 years. Impaired aesthetics, occlusion, and function. Concomitant disease: hypertension and diabetes. The treatment plan: extraction of all the teeth, placing 11 immediate basal and compressive dental implants BasalFix in the upper jaw, and 8 immediate basal and compressive (one-parted) dental implants in the lower jaw, remodelling of the soft and hard tissues and prosthetics, through laser with aesthetical  ceramic IPS e. Max Ceram. Completely harmless. No need for sinus lift and bone augmentation.
