Patient aged 44 years old. Clinical findings include: Partial edentulous upper and lower jaw, fractured clinical crowns of teeth, retinal premolar in the lower jaw. Impaired aesthetics, occlusion, and function. The treatment plan includes extraction of teeth which are not promising, extraction of the retinal premolar in the lower jaw, placing 6 immediate compressive (one-parted) dental implants in the upper jaw, and 5 immediate compressive dental implants in the lower jaw, soft and hard tissue, devitalization and filling of the remaining teeth and combined prosthetics on the natural teeth and implants, through zirconium construction with aesthetical ceramic IPS e.
