The patient is 78 years old. The clinical findings include: Completely edentulous upper and lower jaws, whereby the orthopantomogram shows a retained canine in the upper jaw. Impaired aesthetics, occlusion, and function. The treatment plan includes: Extraction of the retained canine, placement of 9 immediate loading basal and compressive dental implants in the upper jaw and 8 immediate loading basal dental implants in the lower jaw, repair procedures of the hard and soft tissue and immediate prosthetics on the dental implants with metal-ceramic crowns. Duration of the treatment: 3 days
