The patient is 72 years old, with completely edentulous jaws, severe atrophy of the upper and lower jaws, and accompanying disease – diabetes. The treatment plan includes placement of 8 immediate loading bi-cortical dental implants in the lower jaw and placement of metal-ceramic constructions on the dental implants. This manipulation is completely painless. At this stage of the treatment, the patient decided to have only the lower jaw done, for the upper jaw a temporary plaque prosthesis was made.
