The patient is 36 years old. The clinical findings show total edentulism in the upper jaw, partial edentulism in the lower jaws, chronic periodontitis, classical implants present, the one in the lower left has periimplantitis. The patient is a smoker. The treatment plan includes: Extraction of all teeth and the classical implant in the lower left jaw, placement of 6 immediate loading compressive dental implants in the upper jaw and 8 immediate loading basal implants (BasalFix) in the lower jaw, repair procedures of soft and hard tissue and combined prosthetics on the classical and immediate loading dental implants by a laser with aesthetic ceramics IPS e.
