The jaws of the 38-year-old patient are partially edentulous. The clinical findings include severe periodontitis with grade 3 mobility of available teeth and severe atrophy. The patient is a smoker. The treatment plan includes: Extraction of all teeth, placement of 9 immediate loading bi-cortical dental implants in the upper jaw, and 8 immediate loading bi-cortical dental implants in the lower jaw, soft and hard tissue repair procedures and placement of metal-ceramic constructions on the dental implants.Duration of the treatment: 3 days.
