A 46-year-old patient with chronic periodontitis, partial edentulism and old metal-ceramic constructions. Impaired aesthetics, occlusion and function. The treatment plan includes: Extraction of the teeth that cannot be healed, placement of 10 immediate loading basal and compressive dental implants in the upper jaw and 6 immediate loading basal and compressive dental implants in the lower jaw, devitalization of the front teeth and their filing for the placement of metal-ceramic constructions.
