The patient is 70 years old. The clinical findings include: Heavily atrophied upper jaw and severe periodontitis in the lower jaw, impairment of esthetics, occlusion, and function. Comorbidities: insulin-dependent diabetes, high blood pressure. The patient is an active smoker. The treatment plan includes: Extraction of all teeth, placement of 8 immediate loading bi-cortical dental implants in the upper jaw, and 8 immediate loading bi-cortical dental implants in the lower jaw, soft and hard tissue repair procedures and prosthetics on the dental implants with metal-ceramic constructions. This manipulation does not require a sinus lift or bone augmentation, everything is painless. Duration of the treatment: 3 days
