The patient is 60 years old. The clinical findings include: Completely edentulous and severely atrophied upper jaw, partially edentulous lower jaw, bone loss, and 3rd-degree mobility of existing teeth. Impaired aesthetics, occlusion, and function. The treatment plan includes: Extraction of all teeth, placement of 10 immediate loading bi-cortical dental implants in the upper jaw, and 8 immediate loading bi-cortical dental implants in the lower jaw, soft and hard tissue repair procedures and prosthetics on the dental implants with metal-ceramic constructions.
