The patient is 64 years old. The clinical findings include: Severe periodontitis, third-degree dental mobility, severe atrophy, and severe bone loss. The treatment plan includes: Extraction of all teeth, placement of 9 immediate loading bi- cortical dental implants in the upper jaw, and 8 immediate loading basal and compressive dental implants in the lower jaw, repair procedures of soft and hard tissue and cementation of metal-ceramic constructions onto the dental implants. This implantation method does not require a sinus lift or bone augmentation, the procedure is painless. Duration of the treatment: 3 days.
