The clinical findings include: Partial edentulism on both jaws, atrophy in the distal parts of the upper jaw, old metal-ceramic constructions, lack of esthetics, impaired occlusion, and function. The treatment plan includes: Extraction of all teeth, placement of 10 immediate basal and compressive dental implants in the maxilla and 9 immediate basal and compressive dental implants in the mandible, repair of soft and hard tissue, restoration of the occlusion and prosthetics on the dental implants by laser with esthetic ceramic IPS e. Max Ceram. Duration of the treatment: 6 days.
