Sono collocati nell&#8217;osso molle (spongiosi). Una condizione molto importante per il loro posizionamento \u00e8 la presenza di una sufficiente quantit\u00e0 verticale di osso. A volte pu\u00f2 essere necessario posizionare una quantit\u00e0 aggiuntiva di osso (aumento) o fare un rialzo del seno, che prolunga e aumenta il costo della manipolazione. Pertanto, il trattamento pu\u00f2 durare pi\u00f9 di un anno.
