The treatment plan includes: Extraction of all teeth, placement of 8 immediate loading bi-cortical dental implants in the upper jaw, and 8 immediate loading bi-cortical dental implants in the lower jaw, soft and hard tissue repair procedures and prosthetics on the dental implants with metal-ceramic constructions.
